This isn’t a post about products. Because I promise you, if your skin is causing you issues and nothing seems to bring answers… products and topical solutions will rarely resolve it.

I’m 20 years into a journey with skin that is difficult to manage. And I would be horrified to know how much money I’ve spent swapping skin care products and investing in entire topical routines, only to be in the same place – or backwards – when it came to the outward appearance of my skin.

And I understand wholeheartedly that the outward appearance eventually drags down the inner feeling toward yourself. It’s draining.

The only time I saw real and reliable change was when I went internal to find my root cause.

These were the areas that finally gave me rest when it came to the chore of my skin.

If you are willing to do the hard work for a short time…your long journey of troublesome skin could be a lot shorter than mine was because no one shared with me the importance of our inner health and the connection it had to our external vibrance.

I’d love to share the small adjustments I made that brought big changes and allowed the healing to begin. Because that’s what we need. Our skin is a great indication of what is happening internally.
